Where do you ship to?
As we have to start somewhere we currently ship to :
In Europe: Denmark, Sweden, Germany the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Czech Republic.
In the Middle East: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Jordan.
We are expanding as we go so we encourage all curly heads to reach out on email info@fehmale.com if you want shipping to anywhere else in Europe and the Middle East.
Do you do international shipping?
We are all about sharing the curl love and we are working towards being able to distribute worldwide but are not quite there yet. We are working on international shipping as we want more curly heads to join our community and get their hands on our fabulous Curl Cream so stay tuned!
When can I expect my delivery?
Shipping carrier for shipments in Europe is DAO. Shipping carrier for shipments in the Middle east are:
UAE: Eco Express
Saudi Arabia: Quiqup
Kuwait, Jordan and Qatar: Aramex
Orders typically take 5 business days, but keep in mind that unexpected delays may occur due to logistic factors or public holidays. Fehmale is not liable for any delays in transit once the package leaves the warehouse. Rest assured, our team is working hard to get your product to you as quickly as possible. You can follow your parcel’s progress with track and trace simply by entering a tracking code and the recipient's postcode.
Please note that any import fees, duties, or taxes required by your country’s customs authorities will need to be paid by you, the customer, upon delivery.

How can I track my order?
We’ve got you covered. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link in the email to track your Fehmale package.
The tracking shows the package was delivered but i didn't receive my package. What should I do?
The "Delivered" Dilemma Now, here's the tricky part. Sometimes, the tracking might show that your package was delivered, but it's nowhere in sight. We totally get how frustrating that can be. In these situations, we want to help you, but it's important to know that, as much as we'd like to, we can't directly intervene.
The carrier connection is the answer in this situation so reach out to the carriers:

They'll be your go-to for resolving these types of issues. They've got the power to investigate and help track down your missing package.
What if I am not happy with my order and want to make a return?
Returns? Sure thing! Just make sure that if you're sending a product back, it's still in its original, unopened packaging and obviously with most of the product still remaining. Used products won't cut it, so let's keep those for your fabulous curls, okay?
Now, onto refunds. We've got you covered within 30 days of your purchase. But if those 30 days have come and gone, we'll have to send our apologies instead of a refund. Oh, and about shipping costs? We can't refund shipping under any circumstances, sorry!
Lastly, to make sure everything goes smoothly, we'll need to see your receipt or some proof of purchase. It's like the secret password to hassle-free returns. Processing a refund (when applicable):
Once your return makes its way back to us and has been inspected, you'll get an email letting you know it's landed safely in our hands. We'll also spill the beans on whether your refund has been given the green light or if it's taking a rain check. Now, if your refund gets the thumbs up, we'll work our magic and process a refund. Expect the transfer to shimmy its way into your account within just a couple of days.

Now, here's the deal: You're in charge of covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Sorry, but those fees are as non-refundable as a bad hair day! Also we are only responsible for returned items after they have been delivered to us. But hey, to make sure everything goes smoothly, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. That way, if there's any hiccups along the way, you've got proof of delivery on your side.
Late of missing refunds (when applicable):
If you're eagerly awaiting your refund and it hasn't made its grand entrance into your bank account yet, here's what to do:
First up, give your bank account another once-over, just to make sure it's not playing hide and seek with your cash. Sometimes those refunds like to make a fashionably late entrance!
Next, if your refund is still MIA, it's time to give your bank a friendly nudge. Processing times can be slower than a snail on a lazy Sunday, so they might just need a gentle reminder to get things moving.

When placing an order you will be required to check a box confirming that you understand and acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed with our terms and conditions.
You also acknowledge that the shipping address you provide for your order is correct. If your order is not delivered to you due to an error in the shipping address and it is returned to Fehmale, Fehmale will either:
- Refund the cost of the product, but nor the shipping or
- Reship the product to the correct address for an additional shipping cost
If your order is not delivered to you due to an error in the shipping address and is not returned to Fehmale or gets lost, Fehmale is not responsible for the package and will not provide refunds. Fehmale is not able to edit the shipping address once the order is placed. Also, customers are responsible for any and all custom fees for international orders.
